Ben Armstrong

00:31:15 · Fundamentals

God is willing to share the glory with you if you are willing to point it back to Him.

The Purpose of the Prophetic

Your gift is not synonymous with your relationship with God.

  • It's more of a representation of the one who gave you the gift.

  1. Gifts of the spirit

  2. 1 Cor 12

  3. If people are jealous of you in your gifting then there is too much of you. But if they are jealous for the giver of the gift then that is the right thing.

  4. Gifts are supposed to be representations of a good Father.

  5. 1 Cor 13 (love message)

  6. 1 Cor 14 (permission of the gifts)

  7. It is His pleasure to give good gifts.

God is willing to share the glory with you if you are willing to point it back to Him.

        B.    1 Cor 13:4-10

  1. You can substitute any ‘Gift’ with the word Love in this passage of scripture.

  2. Love becomes practical when you do that.

  3. It’s tangible.

When you have God’s heart He stops telling you what to do.

  • If you keep asking “God what do you want me to do?” and you hear nothing maybe he’s asking you the question.

       C.    Ezekiel 37

  1. If you are in a dead place, and you are saying “God just get me out of here”. Maybe that’s the wrong prayer.  He is a God of solutions, and what that means is that he has created you to be a solution carried person.

  2. He is calling you to prophesy resurrection life.

  3. Our mandate is to build a better kingdom.

The prophetic builds a better kingdom.

Romans 8:19 - All creations longs for the sons of God to be revealed.

We are either cursing, or we are creating.

The moment we search the hidden things he hid for us and not from us, is when we find our kingship. (Prov 25:2)
